The Legend of Crystal Valley [Game Download] Overview
When Eve receives a mysterious and disturbing letter from her long-estranged father, she travels to the family estate in France in order to find him. After arriving, she discovers that her father has disappeared. Now, Eve must explore Crystal Valley, an alternate fantasy world inhabited by strange creatures, and piece together the clues that reveal her family's true identity. This game much like some PC games from ten years ago, but the reason I have a high score is than for what it costs, it was very funny. This is a point and click adventure linear, not a lot of research. They solve mysteries and pick up objects to use in your inventory, individually or in combination with other items in your inventory. It is necessary to solve each puzzle as it gets to continue to progress in the game.
PROS Escape: A beautiful fantasy world.Interact with various animals, many of the settings for beautifully crafted fantasy to explore, lots of puzzles to solve, followed by a story like science fiction, even if the plot is rather thin and confused, the pleasant tone, a few laughs here and because as the bookworm in the library and the fantasy nature of the transport. I laughed out loud at the sight of the Locust chauffering the coach. Another plus was a lot of video footage. There was the cut-scenes! Aa lot of creativity went into the game.
CONS: All the dialogue was written. The plot was pretty upset, but I understand this is just the vehicle to transport the puzzle. Among other things, the puzzles were so difficult, I had to give up and gamebezo and print the answer on page 54. Perhaps a more experienced player would not have this problem.
OVERALL: Well worth the $ 6.99 price tag. This was a small price for so many hours of fun for me,and I hope to be able to play any of it.
